Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) and the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
How long does shipping take?
Orders within the Benelux typically arrive within 1–4 business days. Deliveries to the United Kingdom usually take 4–8 business days.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Payment methods we accept?
We accept all major payment methods supported by WooCommerce, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other local payment options depending on your location. All payments are processed securely.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Restocking depends on the product. Items marked with a ‘Limited’ tag will not be restocked once sold out. Other products may return, depending on availability and demand.
