Definitions
“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Bohamara. “You” or “customer” refers to any individual placing an order through the webshop. “Products” refers to home textile items offered for sale. “Order” refers to a purchase agreement completed through the webshop.
Orders and Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once a confirmation email has been sent.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock issues, incorrect pricing, technical errors, or suspected fraud. Product images are indicative. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to production methods or screen settings.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in euros (€). Product prices exclude shipping costs, which are shown clearly in the cart or checkout before payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Prices may be updated at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Shipping and Delivery
Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
Shipping cost is €4.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 working days.
Orders are shipped using standard mail or letterbox-compatible shipping.
United Kingdom
Shipping cost is €9.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 working days.
Orders are shipped via letterbox mail where possible. Tracking may be limited or unavailable.
For UK orders, import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may be charged by UK authorities. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. To request a return, customers must contact us via email before sending the item back. Returned products must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Certain products, such as custom-made or hygiene-sensitive items, may be excluded from returns when clearly stated on the product page.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering products in accordance with the order. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by postal services, or minor product variations. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order. In cases of force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions, delivery obligations may be suspended.

All content on this webshop, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Bohamara. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
